This is a $1000.00 scholarship for one SYS French Horn player.  Prize must be used for SYS tuition. Priority to Premier-qualifying players.

 

The scholarship will prioritize underrepresented individuals and those with limited access to opportunities.

 

To apply:

1) Sign up for SYS Auditions.

2) Receive placement in a Sacramento Youth Symphony orchestra.

3) Submit an essay stating why you want the scholarship by July 1st by email to robert@sacramentoyouthsymphony.org

4) Be willing to have your photo taken and write a thank you to the donor.
