   After School Band Program

NOTE: It will be required for students to rent their instruments for this program.  Tim's Music or Kline's Music are excellent resources in our area.

Students will be starting out on the following instruments: flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, or baritone.

A minimum of 15 enrolled students is necessary. If the minimum for each school site is not met, the classes may be cancelled.  If cancelled, a full refund would be made.

The cost for the session of After-School Band will be $300.00 + $4.95 enrollment fee.  Tuition may be paid in full or be paid in monthly installments ($60.00 non-refundable deposit with 6 equal installments of  $40).  When registering, you will have the option to purchase your band book for $7.00.  You may also purchase your book directly from your teacher at class.  Financial Assistance available at some school sites. Please check with your school for details on how to apply. Also a limited amount of instruments are available through the SCUSD district for those who have financial hardship.  Please contact the Band teacher for assistance with instruments.

Payments plans will be set-up with Sacramento Youth Symphony at time of registration. A full year commitment is required for all enrolled students. Payment plans are a courtesy and all tuition remains payable if the student drops the program.  We consider requests for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
